CalWORKs eligibility no longer depends on parents working under 100 hours
CalWORKs drops the rule that a parent must work under 100 hours in four weeks for a child to count as lacking support. Hours no longer matter if the family is under the income limits. It starts later if the welfare computer system isn't ready.
