HUD delays again the deadline for new income and asset rules in its housing grant programs
Grantees in HUD community development programs, including HOME, the Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grants and Emergency Solutions Grants, get one more year to follow HUD's newer income and asset rules. Until then they may keep using the older rules.
