Doctors who surrender licenses during sexual misconduct cases can't get them back

The Medical Board may not reinstate a doctor who gave up a license while a board accusation of sexual misconduct, abuse or exploitation of a patient was pending. Before, the bar covered surrenders made because the doctor committed such acts. Podiatrists are covered too.
