Density bonus concessions can't waive local labor standards on buildings over 85 feet

Developers using the state density bonus law can no longer get a concession that sets aside a city's or county's labor standards on buildings taller than 85 feet. This covers local standards no stricter than the labor rules in the state's fast-track housing approval law.
