Underground tank owners get 30 days to fix inspection problems or file a longer-fix plan

Underground storage tank permit holders must return to compliance within 30 days of an inspection report, not file a plan within 60 days; a longer fix needs a plan the local agency gets in that time. Compacting some solid hazardous waste is no longer treatment.
