Two-unit home and lot split applications in single-family zones can be processed together
Applications for two homes on a single-family lot can be processed alongside the urban lot split parcel map, and the same goes for small subdivisions of up to 10 units. Cities may require the parcel map to be recorded before issuing building permits.
