Medi-Cal work rule gets more notice and time before anyone loses coverage

Counties must tell enrolled Medi-Cal adults about the work or community engagement rule and check conflicting data with them before denying or ending coverage, and people renewing stay covered through the 30-day period. The state may delay any change until the Legislature funds it.
